Very good quality filter device, ash separator
After connecting to a vacuum cleaner, it acts as a filter, trapping impurities remaining in the stove.

Ideal for cleaning the fireplace.

Equipped with a PET filter installed in a plastic basket. The 18 l metal tank can be quickly cleaned using 2 clamps.

The kit also includes a flexible 1 m long galvanized steel hose.

It is equipped with an aluminum tip 23 cm long and 38 mm in diameter.

Possibility of connecting a vacuum cleaner equipped with a hose with a diameter of up to 34 mm.
Purpose/use
The ash separator is used to clean fireplaces and grills from cold, dry ash.

Thanks to the capacious
tank and flexible hose, you can reach hard-to-reach places and clean them well.

The separator is equipped with a replaceable air filter.
The separator is designed for dry operation. It is prohibited to pump out water, wet ash and other
wet waste.
Use
Check the tank, empty it if necessary. Check the condition of the gasket under the tank lid, clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth if necessary. Do not use solvents to clean the gasket. A well-cleaned gasket ensures a tight connection between the lid and the tank, which means more efficient operation of the device. Check the condition of the filter, if dirty, clean it with a jet of compressed air at a pressure of no more than 0.3 MPa. If dirt cannot be removed from the filter, replace it with a new one (No. 72921). Connect the flexible hose to the inlet. Attach the suction nozzle to the free end of the hose.
The temperature of the waste collected by the separator must not exceed 40 °C.
After finishing work, start servicing the vacuum cleaner.
Check the tank, lid seal and air filter after each use. Clean the outside of the separator with a jet of compressed air at a pressure of no more than 0.3 MPa. Particular attention should be paid to the passage of ventilation openings, both inlet and outlet. If necessary, blow with a jet of compressed air at a pressure of no more than 0.3 MPa. Do not use sharp metal objects to clean the ventilation openings. Remove large dirt from the housing with a soft cloth.
