Description

Set for cutting round holes in metal sheets with a diameter of 22 to 60 mm. The head of the manual hydraulic cylinder can be rotated 360 degrees. It is designed for cutting holes in the production of distribution cabinets for installing boxes or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the sheet is not deformed or damaged. The set is easy to transport – packed in a durable suitcase.

Includes dies and punches that cut 22mm/0.9in, 27.5mm/1.1in, 34mm/1.3in, 43mm/1.7in, 49mm/2.0in, 60mm/2.4in.
The pressure on the material when cutting is about 6 tons.
Suitable for cutting holes in steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and non-ferrous metals.
The thickness of the cut material, depending on its type, is up to 3 mm. Includes 6 pairs of punches / punch and die / fi 22, 27.5, 34, 43, 49, 60 mm, 2 mounting mandrels 7/16×3/4″ and 3/4×3/4″, manual drive and 1 set of seals
How to use:

According to the attached operating instructions. Through the drilled material, insert the corresponding clamping pin connected to the drive, install the punch on one side of the material and the die on the other side. Use the drive to remove the pin causing the material to cut.
