Description

Universal pen tester with intelligent technology. It automatically selects the measurement range and independently recognizes the type of measurement: resistance, continuity, DC or AC voltage.

The meter is very easy to use.

After switching on, simply place the measuring rods, for example, on the battery poles, and then read the result.

Basic measurements

AC voltage measurement: AC 0.8-600 V, True RMS (40-1000 Hz).
DC voltage measurement: DC 0.8-600 V.
Resistance measurement: 0-40 Mohm.
Continuity test: 0-50 Ohm.

Built-in functions

TRUE RMS – a meter with this function displays the true effective value of alternating voltage/current. Unlike averaging meters, TRUE RMS meters show the correct value not only for a sine wave, but also for sine waves distorted, for example, by higher harmonics, as well as square or triangular waves. A must-have function wherever there are switching power supplies, inverter motor drives, HVAC units, etc. in the circuit.
NCV – non-contact detection of alternating voltage by inductive method. The meter detects the presence of voltage in an insulated wire using the NCV sensor on the front panel of the device.
AUTO – automatic setting of the measurement range. When measuring unknown quantities using a meter with manual range change using the knob, measurements should be carried out sequentially from the largest range to the range that gives the most accurate result – otherwise there is a risk of damaging the device. However, in the case of a multimeter with the AUTO function, it is enough to perform one measurement, and the meter will automatically find the optimal range.
SMART – automatic recognition of the measurement type. The meter automatically recognizes whether we are measuring DC or AC voltage. If there is no voltage, the meter automatically switches to the circuit resistance measurement mode.
