Lever-tooth indicator (0-0.8 mm)
Description
The lever-tooth indicator (0-0.8 mm) is a high-precision measuring instrument that can be used to quickly and easily determine the deviations in the dimensions of parts relative to the standard.
The use of a lever-tooth mechanism allows one to determine deviations in dimensions from -0.4 to +0.4 mm with an error of 0.004 mm.
The principle of operation of the indicator is based on comparing the standard with the measured part.
To do this, the indicator is fixed in a special device (instrument stand) and the standard sample is placed under the indicator rod.
Then, by rotating the dial, the instrument readings are set to 0.
After this, the measured part is placed under the indicator and the deviations in dimensions relative to the standard are determined based on the instrument readings.
Measurement range: 0 – 0.8 mm
Resolution: 0.01 mm
Error: ±0.013 mm
The indicator is supplied in a durable plastic case.
The device comes with instructions and two fasteners for convenient fixation of the indicator.
