washing parts and units of the car is one of the necessary stages of repair. During the operation of an automobile engine and other components and systems of a car, pollution and carbon formation on almost all its internal parts. Wash parts and assemblies This leads to a deterioration in most of the performance indicators of a car, and a further increase in pollution can lead to its malfunction. In this regard, any repair almost always begins with the washing of parts and assemblies. Otherwise, the time spent on repairs may be wasted.
It should be noted that, quite recently, the task of carrying out the washing of parts in most car-care centers was solved “in the old manner”. The wizard used a regular brush dipped in benzene, or another solvent, which carefully treated all surfaces of the part. This method gave a certain effect on the elimination of pollution, but it is impossible to call it effective in any way – too much time had to be spent on processing one part. In modern conditions it is unforgivable luxury. In addition, washing parts and assemblies in a similar way significantly worsens the state of occupational safety in the enterprise. First of all, it is associated with the harmful effects of volatile substances contained in solvents on the mucous membranes and respiratory organs of humans. Another factor is fire safety. In practice, quite often there were cases of fire when carrying out such work.
Of course, at the current stage of technology development, using such methods of washing parts would be simply barbaric. Fortunately, modern manufacturers offer us specialized car service equipment – automatic washing machines. For washing in such machines, special detergent compositions are used, which are fed into the internal tank of the machine under high pressure. Washing machines can be washed with a composition that is at room temperature or heated with a detergent composition. For these purposes, two different types of washing machines are used.
